A new account must be set up in person at City Hall. A deposit of $100 for residential customers and $125 for commercial customers must be paid in full before service is to be connected. Electric service is deregulated in the State of Texas and users may select any provider for power source. Please visit the PUC's Texas Electric Choice website or call 1-866-797-4839 for more information about choosing a retail electric provider.

Gas:

Hearing Impaired - Teletype: call 1-800-735-2988.

Telephone:
Telephone service is deregulated in the State of Texas and users may select any provider for telephone service.

Garbage/Recycling Pickup:
Garbage and sewer services are included with your water utilities bill. For more information see the Water Department website or call (817) 790-3351.

Cable Television:
