A new account
must be set up in person at City Hall.
A deposit of $100 for residential
customers and $125 for commercial
customers must be paid in full before
service is to be connected. Your deposit
will be refunded to you after the

Electric service is deregulated in the State of Texas and users may select any provider for power source. Please visit the PUC's Texas Electric Choice website or call 1-866-797-4839 for more information about choosing a retail electric provider.
