Animal Services is responsible for all animal related issues occurring within the city limits.
The City of Alvarado operates under the Council-Manager form of government.
The City Secretary, gives notice of meetings, prepares agendas, keeps minutes of all meetings for the City Council and is responsible for all Council records.
